The Australasian Neuroscience Society (ANS) welcomes applications for their 2026 Indigenous travel award. This award will support Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander and Māori students and researchers to attend the 2026 annual meeting in Sydney from 29 November - 2 December 2026.
This opportunity would be a great fit for students (undergraduate and post graduate) or researchers engaged or interested in the following courses, degrees and research disciplines: Neuroscience, Psychology, Mental health/psychiatry, Neurodegeneration/healthy aging, Neuropharmacology, Brain cancer and Neurology.
Check out the ANS newsletter to see an update from the 2023 travel award winners about the great experience they had (page 13-14)
If you have any questions, please reach out to Lizzie.Manning@newcastle.edu.au or Adele.Woodhouse@utas.edu.au, who can tell you more about ANS and the ANS Indigenous travel awards.
